Black Sesame Dark Chocolate Bark

1 pound dark chocolate, finely chopped
15 Koyo Organic Black Sesame Tamari Rice Crackers, broken into large pieces
1 cup freeze-dried raspberries
½ cup roughly chopped pistachios


  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt chocolate, stirring frequently. Wipe off bottom of double boiler or bowl with a kitchen towel, and scrape chocolate onto parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread it in a thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate with rice crackers, raspberries, and pistachios. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set chocolate. Break into rough pieces to serve or store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
