1 pound dark chocolate, finely chopped
15 KoyoⓇ Organic Black Sesame Tamari Rice Crackers, broken into large pieces
1 cup freeze-dried raspberries
½ cup roughly chopped pistachios
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt chocolate, stirring frequently. Wipe off bottom of double boiler or bowl with a kitchen towel, and scrape chocolate onto parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread it in a thin layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate with rice crackers, raspberries, and pistachios. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set chocolate. Break into rough pieces to serve or store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
