We're hopeless RAMEN-tic.
2 packages KoyoⓇ Asian Vegetable Ramen
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sake
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon preferred vegetable oil
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
2 cups shredded green cabbage
4 green onions, cut into 1” pieces
Thinly sliced green onions, for serving
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes, then drain well. Set seasoning packets aside.
- In a small bowl whisk together oyster sauce, sake, and ramen seasoning packets. Set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high. Add carrots, cabbage, and green onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in noodles and toss well with vegetables to combine.
- Pour oyster sauce mixture over noodles, stir noodles well to coat with sauce, and let cook about 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until noodles start to brown. Garnish with green onions.
